1. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate.

2. In the event of a Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters) the Organizers can decide to cancel the Event with little or no prior notice. If the Event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure no new date will be set for the event. In this case no entry fees or additional costs will be refunded to participants.

3. Participation is at the Participant’s own risk. The Organizers are not liable for any damages suffered by participants as a result of participation in the Event.

4. Participants acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with participation in an Event of this sort and that participation requires good physical and mental health as well as a tolerance for alcohol. Participants thus assume full responsibility in meeting the physical requirements for participation and agree to adequately prepare for the Event.

5. Participants must be at least 18 years old on the day of the Event (not simply within that calendar year).
